The exception should be teaching. I think society should put teaching high upper in the needs and screen the shit out of the teachers and compensate with a lot of money. To incentivize highly qualified people to opt for that route. That would also disqualify almost everyone in the current system.

But this isnt about making it oh fair for the poor workers. But because society needs better education which would result in more wealth -> better society.

By the way how does an astronaut make the world a better place?

Astronauts are praised because its a border / exploratory / highly risky / go where no one has been / thing. Which is by definition a male thing. So there´s always going to be a top male there, hence the praise. But making the world a better place? nope!

A woman wanting to go there just wants to claim she has the biggest cock – which is the same claim males want to make.

If you want to change the world / make it a better place, change yourself, and make yourself a better being. While you are at it, seek for the role in the worlds that lets you maximize that thing and transform your surroundings, so more people can benefit from you. That role is hardly going to be a president, a doctor, an astronaut. The world doesnt benefit from the roles themselves, but from people being good / better / creating transformation, wherever they are. Its not about the role or the job, folks. Its about the impact you have.
