Find Your Meaning and Purpose

When cultivating a more spiritual approach to life, it’s important to understand the difference between meaning and purpose. While these two terms can overlap, they are often used differently in discussions around spirituality. First and foremost, finding your meaning means discovering what makes you feel alive and in some way fulfilled. This could be anything from caring for animals, to helping those in need – there are endless ways to find meaning in your life. The second part of this process is finding your purpose. This is the why you do what you do. It’s the underlying reason as to why you are on this earth and what you are meant to accomplish while you are here. While finding your purpose may take some time, be patient with yourself and don’t rush this process. It’s meant to be a continual journey that you don’t have to rush!
