Exercise Daily


Some may argue that exercise and spirituality have nothing to do with one another. However, exercise is a crucial part of developing a stronger and more mindful spirituality. Exercise helps keep our bodies healthy and strong, but it also has other benefits that help us connect with our inner selves. While exercising, it’s important to be aware of the thoughts and feelings running through you. What is your mind telling you? What are your feelings? It may be difficult at first, but try your best to be present in the moment and acknowledge what is going on inside of you. The key to exercising while cultivating your spirituality lies in the mindfulness behind it all. Taking the time to focus on your body, focus on your breathing and become more aware of your surroundings will help you to connect with your spirituality like never before.
